How to Use

• To use, remove plastic film to reveal adhesive
• Place sticky side down in the heel of your shoe
• For over-supination: Align the longer, thicker edge with the outside or lateral edge of your heels
• For over-pronation: Align the longer, thicker edge with the inside or medial edge of your heels
