Heel Wedges are designed to ease problems related to over supination and/or over pronation.

How to Use

●      To use, remove plastic film to reveal adhesive

●      Place sticky side down in the heel of your shoe

●      For over-supination: Align the longer, thicker edge with the outside or lateral edge of your heels

●      For over-pronation: Align the longer, thicker edge with the inside or medial edge of your heels
