Toe Spacers are designed to help train the toes to have proper spacing and alignment and can help eliminate bunions and crooked toes over time. They can also make a big difference for those with neuromas and ‘ball of foot’ pain.

How to Use

• To use, slide the toe spacers between your toes
• Place the largest side between the big toe and second toe, the smaller end will end up between the pinky toe and fourth toe
• Start by wearing for 20 minutes and increase slowly overtime
• You can wear these while barefoot, while wearing toe-socks or regular socks and even inside your shoes if the toe box is wide enough for a comfortable fit
