Heel Lifts (2 Packages)

Heel Lifts help ease pressure and stress on the muscles, tendons and joints while accommodating for leg length discrepancy and Achilles tendon problems. 

Features

●      Includes a total of eight (8) stackable lifts for up to 1" of additional heel height (4 per pack X 2 packs)

●      Lifts are stackable with adhesive on the underside to adhere to the inside of your shoes or to connect multiple lifts together

●      Can be used multiple ways:

o   One ½” heel lift

o   One ⅜” heel lift

o   Pair of ¼” heel lifts

o   Four ⅛” heel lifts

●      Each lift has a raised portion that is ⅛” tall

●      Compatible with all shoe types including dress shoes, sandals, or casual shoes

●      Long lasting, washable, and reusable

●      Does not hold onto odors

●      Made of a non-porous medical grade gel

Sizes

●      Small: 2.25” wide and 4” long (US shoe sizes < women’s 10.5 / < men’s 9.5)

●      Large: 2.75” wide and 4.25” long (US shoe sizes women’s 11+ / men’s 10+)

How to Use

●      To use, peel off the clear film on the bottom side to expose the adhesive

●      Stack 1–4 heel lifts as necessary to adjust to the desired height

●      Stick the single or stacked heel lift(s) on top of the foot bed of your shoes
